Alternator quit charging battery. Removed alternator for testing but test was good. Cleaned wire terminals and re-installed.

Idler pulley on AC compressor side failed. Temporarily replaced with Versatile's until new parts arrived. Changed serpentine belt too.

Changed engine oil and filter. Added 5 gallons of 15w-40 heavy duty diesel AMSOil synthetic.

Changed primary and secondary fuel filters.

Changed engine oil & filter. Replaced oil drain plug with EZ drain valve. Added 5 gallons of AMSOil 15w-40 diesel engine oil.

Changed outer cabin filters in cab roof.

Changed hydraulic oil and filters (rear axle, transmission, and hydraulic system). 17 mm allen needed for oil pan plug. Changed front axle oil and front wheel hub oils. 22 mm socket needed. Replaced all with Hy-Tran oil. 26.4 gallons for rear, 14.8 qts, front axle, 2.3 qts each hub.

Fixed upper cab lights. Fuse holder was melted and fuse did not make a good connection with terminals. Dremeled out melted plastic and then bent terminals back together. Added ox guard grease to fuse. Cab lights all functioned normally. Bulb was replaced on lower left front cab light.

Changed oil & filter. 26 mm shallow well socket needed. Took oil sample for analysis, results all normal. Added 5 gallons of AMSOil Synthetic 15w-40 Heavy Duty Diesel oil. Changed primary and secondary air filters and cleaned canister housing. Engine crankcase breather changed.

Cleaned air and cabin filters. They need replaced on next service.

“CP” warning from transmission wouldn’t allow transmission to shift into 7th or above. Burkharts found loose wire on middle clutch pack solenoid on transmission.

Replaced fan blade and fan shroud after it flew apart driving down the road. Did not replace fan speed control sensor.
