Rotor hrs: 2652. Loud banging heard about 50 acres into RJ. Gateway sieve pieces found. Removal of top sieve showed chopper pan deformed, stationary knives missing and damaged and chopper knives damaged. New chopper pain installed, new stationary knives upgraded to 1/4' carriage bolts, new chopper knives, new chopper bearing on left side (original had to be torched off), sieves were repaired as well.

Replaced hydraulic pump plus associated o rings on connections that were disturbed. New rotor & separator belts. New bearings, races, oil sleeve and seal, and dust cap on ladder side steering axle hub. Packed bearings with hi temp grease. Rotor hrs: 2644

Rotor hrs: 2644. Changed engine oil & filters, fuel filters, hydraulic filters + PTO filter, and coolant filter. (New hydraulic pump, rotor and separator belt, left side wheel bearings on steering axle, and feeder reverser chain)

End of year: Rotor hrs 2641

Rotor hrs: 2508. Just started cutting beans and water pump went out (original pump). Replaced pump, serpentine belt, AC condenser belt and all the coolant and water filter.

Rotor hrs: 2508. Changed water filter and all coolant (50/50) after water pump failure.

Rotor hrs: 2506. Changed engine oil & filter, fuel filters & water filter.

Rotor hrs: 3030. Added stainless steel inserts to grain auger troughs in tank. Replaced horizontal augers, new bearings, upper (rear) auger had a crack in sheet metal on flange bearing side. Added a custom plate to reinforce wall. Changed unloading auger drive belt (original) as it was cracked. While changing that belt, the hydraulic pump (double V) drive belt was also replaced as it had to be removed anyway. 1020 Header: Replaced center bottom sheet, replaced some worn poly skids.

Rotor hrs: 2856. Replaced incline delivery auger in the grain tank plus the bearing at the top. Flighting was razor thin.

Changed header jack shaft belt and adjusted tensioner pulley as it was rubbing the pulley for the feeder drive. Flipped knives on the chopper too.

Rotor hrs: 2372. Changed engine oil & filter, changed both fuel filters, changed water filter, changed hydraulic oil and filters, cleaned cabin filter. Air filters were clean and did not warrant changing. Radiators were blown out and washed as well.

Changed engine oil & filter, fuel filter, & water filters. Rotor hrs: 2304

Replaced shaker arms (bushings wore out), fixed field light on upper right of cab

Replaced rasp bars, rotor cage vanes, and transition cone vanes. Changed separator belt, straightened and replaced concave rods. Replaced tank auger drive chain (small). Replaced unloading auger position sensing switch.

Changed oil & filter, water filter. Rotor hrs: 2208

Changed oil & filter, fuel, air & water filter. Rotor hrs: 2065

Replaced front window of cab. Trinity tapped it with a ratchet and tempered glass shattered.

Flighting on vertical unloading auger failed. Doug and Steve repaired. Steve rewelded flighting. The repaired auger is in North end of Aunt Alelia's barn.
