Rotor hrs: 2773. Replaced bearings on grain tank auger (inclined delivery auger). The lower bearing at the universal joint failed and began leaking corn down the elevators and onto the ground.

Hydraulic line for auxiliary pump cracked. Could not lift header, steer or unload combine. Large 5/8" hose. Steve went to Burkhart's and they made a replacement hose (3/4" hose). Rotor hrs 2657

Changed the hydrostatic pump shaft and pulley hub with one with a grease zerk. Changed the hydrostatic to auxiliary hydraulic pump belt. Replaced about 6 gallons of Hy-Tran oil. Changed broken chaffer screen with a poly fin type. Rotor hrs: 2612

Changed oil & filter, water, air (both) & fuel filters.

Engine head was leaking coolant. Wayne from Burkhart's came out to remove engine head on a warmer day in January 2019. The head was planed, new head gasket, new injectors, valves checked/adjusted. Wayne reinstalled head in July, changed a fuel line and fuel filters and added new coolant.

Replaced aux hydraulic motor belt (power steering) and tensioner rod

Bent unloading auger at NYE 5.

Installed SS tank auger patches, replaced clean grain auger belly pan, replaced unloading auger drive belt & tensioner, replaced feeder bearings (upper), spacer with R auger, header/jack shaft drive belt (3 ribbed), coolant level sensor, made new spreader fins out of alum angle

Changed engine oil & filter, hydraulic oil & filters, fuel filters and PTO filter
